Each person’s needs and circumstances are different. We can meet as often and for as long as it feels right, helpful, and accessible for you. With that said, healing longstanding patterns of trauma or dysregulation often take time and consistency. What matters most is that our work feels meaningful and effective; you’ll usually get a sense of that within a few sessions. Some clients work with me long-term, while others return during times when they need extra support. I’m happy to collaborate in whatever way best fits your needs and I can also provide input on this if you’d like.
